Delete your Zelmi account
You can permanently delete your account and associated Zelmi data directly inside the app. You do not need to contact support first.
Delete in the app
- Open Zelmi and go to the Profile tab.
- Open Account settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
What is deleted
Deletion removes your Firebase authentication account and associated Zelmi profile, study sets, uploaded files, recorded explanations, teach-back sessions, generated study tools, preferences, progress, and subscription-access mirror from Zelmi's active systems.
Information that may remain
Zelmi does not intentionally keep a separate active copy of your study data after account deletion. Limited fraud-prevention, security, or transaction records may be retained where required by law. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Firebase, and other processors may retain purchase records or temporary backup copies under their own legal obligations and standard retention schedules. These records are not used to restore your deleted Zelmi account.
Delete individual study data
You can delete an individual study set from its options menu without deleting your entire account. This removes that set and its associated Zelmi study data.
Can't access the app?
Email r.mashego333@gmail.com with the subject “Zelmi account deletion request” from the email associated with your account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
